Child Safety Standards

The safety of children is non-negotiable. We are committed to preventing our Service from being used in any way that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms a minor. Specifically, we commit to:

• Prohibiting CSAE and CSAM in our terms of service and community guidelines.
• Operating the Service strictly for adults and enforcing a minimum age of 18.
• Providing accessible tools for users to report concerns and abusive content.
• Reviewing and acting on reports promptly, including removing content and accounts.
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
• Maintaining a designated point of contact for child-safety matters.

Ente Matrimony is a matrimony and matchmaking Service intended solely for adults aged 18 years and above who are legally eligible to marry. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service under any circumstances.

During registration, users must confirm they are 18 or older and provide their date of birth. Accounts that we identify as belonging to a minor, or that misrepresent the user's age, are removed. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we delete it and remove their data promptly.

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service and will result in immediate action:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
• Any sexualisation of, or sexual conduct directed toward, a minor.
• Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
• Use of the Service by, or impersonation of, a minor.
• Trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of children in any manner.

These prohibitions apply to all profile content, photos, messages, and any other material transmitted through the Service.

To keep the Service safe, we employ a combination of measures:

• Age gating: users must declare they are 18+ and provide a date of birth at sign-up.
• Profile review: profiles and uploaded photos are subject to moderation, and accounts that violate our policies are removed.
• User reporting: every profile and conversation includes tools to report abusive, suspicious, or underage activity.
• Account enforcement: we suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in prohibited conduct and may block re-registration.
• Policy enforcement: our terms of service expressly prohibit CSAE/CSAM and underage use.

We make it easy for anyone to report content or behaviour that may harm a child. You can:

• Use the Report and Block options available on user profiles and within conversations.
• Email our safety team directly at admin@entematrimony.com with details of the concern.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement right away.

When we receive a report or otherwise identify a violation, we act quickly to:

• Review the reported content or account without delay.
• Remove offending content and preserve relevant evidence as permitted by law.
• Suspend or permanently ban the accounts involved.
• Escalate confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

We prioritise reports concerning the safety of a child above all other moderation queues.

Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law. In India, this includes reporting to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and cooperating with law enforcement under the POCSO Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. We also support reporting to international bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.

We cooperate fully with valid legal requests from law enforcement in investigations involving the exploitation of minors.
