Ente Matrimony (“we,” “our,” or “us”) has a zero-tolerance policytoward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prohibit, prevent, detect, and respond to such conduct on our platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
We publish these standards in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.
The safety of children is non-negotiable. We are committed to preventing our Service from being used in any way that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms a minor. Specifically, we commit to:
Ente Matrimony is a matrimony and matchmaking Service intended solely for adults aged 18 years and above who are legally eligible to marry. Minors are not permitted to create accounts or use the Service under any circumstances.
During registration, users must confirm they are 18 or older and provide their date of birth. Accounts that we identify as belonging to a minor, or that misrepresent the user's age, are removed. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we delete it and remove their data promptly.
